*The advance payment system is used.

A subscriber may change the tariff plan through his/her Subscriber Area or by contacting the Subscription Service dialling 8 (800) 100-3-100.

Tariff plans are changed on the 1st day of the month following the month in which the request for tariff plan change was made. The price for changing to a plan with a lower subscription fee is 200 rubles, any other plan change is free of charge.

All prices are inclusive of VAT.
