This special tariff plan is only available to the subscribers who participated in the testing by April 1, 2010. 

* The advance payment system is used.

A subscriber may change the tariff plan through his/her Subscriber Area or by contacting the Subscription Service dialling 8 (800) 100-3-100 as of April 01, 2010.

Tariff plans are changed on the 1st day of the month following the month in which the request for tariff plan change was made. The price for changing to a plan with a lower subscription fee is 200 rubles, any other plan change is free of charge.

All prices are inclusive of VAT.
